Very comfortable stay, we were there for 6 days.

The standard twin room here offers a safe, an iron, and an electronic key card, and it's conveniently located within walking distance of a cinema and a cathedral.

The stay was very good .the ease of using the hotel , dining and comfortade it a very good experience . The ambience lent itself to feeling comfortable .

The location here is just right—it's conveniently close to a stadium and plenty of restaurants. the airport is about 30 km away, so it's not too far to travel. the room is a good size with a really comfy bed, and overall, everything was quite nice. 😊.

So nice to be close to open parkland. Some excellent restaurants within walking distance. Very close to river and shopping centre.Free bus to CBD fabulous.

location - wasnt too far from public transport and restaurants.

Staff knocking on doors and entering rooms in between check in and check out times if a 'relaxing or refreshing' sign is not visual. Regardless of signs not being visual staff shouldnt be entering rooms.

It's fancy hotel with stunning pool views and outstandingly helpful staff. Location close to the river and Church street mall, Combank stadium and Church Street restaurants and the ferry down the parramatta river.

This hotel is conveniently located close to various cafes, restaurants, and an arena, making it easy to find great places to eat. the Parramatta district is definitely worth a visit! 🍽️.

Plently of room, great design, facilities of the room were great, bathroom was a good size and the price was irresistable

My husband and I both appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed.I also appreciated the extra blanket provided asi really feel the cold.We thought the buffet breakfast was very good,with a good variety of food to choose from.

I thought the restaurant prices were a little steep but didnt worry us as Parramatta is full of eating places.

The room we stayed in had a spacious double bed and a comfortable couch.

the 2nd room I was given was clean and spacious.

My first room was noisy and smelled of cigarette smoke and had a tiny bathroom, after a visit to reception I was moved to another room that was much nicer. I arrived by car and dispite stopping and trying to get my luggage out of the boot nobody came to assist me, I then had to repack my luggage and park my car and haul it upstairs to checkin. At this point they asked if I had parked in their carpark, I assume that means that they knew that I had.
